Default B16A help

Having trouble with my A/F ratio...its running way too rich...A/F gauage shows it running full rich and when i peg it it only comes down one bar....it has AEM fuel rail and pressure reg. bigger injectors but i cant find any numbers yet...its OBD0 on the motor and has a jumper harness to OBD1 computer...P28....i can srew the pressure reg all the way in and it runs fine but when i drive it it cuts out after VTEC so i have to have somme fuel pressure for it to run good....i got 50psi comming out of the fuel filter..is that normal? Im thinking the computer is opening the injectors too long....any help???

You have that p28 socketed/chipped with b16 basemaps?

The p28 is meant for a 1.6 Single overhead cam vtec motor. With redline at 7200
The b16 (1.6 Dual overhead cam vtec)comes with a P30 ecu if youre going obd1(redline at 8200). So you will need either P30 maps or a P30. Also are you throwing any codes?
