What exactly is involved in replacing the seals on a z6 sohc vtec head? approximately what is the cost? anyone here able to do it?

theres lots of seals up there lets see you got the valve cover gromets the valve cover gasket valve guides valve seals head gasket exhaust gasket intake manifold gasket t-body gasket fuel injector o-rings iac gasket map sensor gasket fitv gasket just to name a few I know Im leaving some out.
