You will need an impact to get off the 32 mm hub nut, and the flywheel bolts off. You will also need 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch drives with metric socket set, and breaker bar/or big metal tube. Big ass hammer, rubber mallot, punch set. 2 jacks, and/or cherry picker/or lift. Jack stands. Wire cutters/strippers, butt connectors/soldering iron. I think thats it as far as tools go anyone else feel free to chime in.
Also I have only done this in a civic/del sol so the parts may vary.
Parts
Manual Trans.
Auto/to manual mount
Rear T bracket
Manual starter with bolts
Flywheel with bolts
clutch kit with bolts
ALL pedals with pins
Throttle cable
Master cylinder
Slave cylinder
Clutch lines
Linkage with bitch pin and shifter assembly
Gauge Cluster if you dont want to have the PRND321 on there
ECU
Center Console for your manual car
I think thats it, anyone else find anything I didnt list. Please list it thanks

you can always buy the pieces separately from people on here or you can buy OEM replacements from EBAY (let the flaming commence) if you would like. I have seen alot of the pieces on there for a decent price and can point ya to a few sellers that I watch for OEM pieces
