i got spark timed it it gets spark checked all the grounds and the ecu isnt throwing and codes but the sparkplugs are wet akter i spin it over and take them out what could it be o ya i just did a head gaskit it ran b4 i blow the headgaskit

 

Maybe put the head gasket on wrong..... They shouldnt be wet....

 

check your compression. maybe timing is off too

 

i think he means wet from gas,you might want to check your timing does it make like a hallow poping when you try to start or does it just keep turning with no sound change

 

yeah I JUST had this problem with my motor. Even though mine is a single cam but yeah check your timing, make sure that is it correct and exact, and then before you turn it over change the plugs. Since they are drenched in fuel youre not gonna be able to fire it up unless you have dry plugs in. Make sure your battery is charged also and if its not in the slightest way then have someone jump it while you try to start it cuz the more you try to turn it over the more fuel youre gonna get onto the plugs. If there is nothing else wrong you should be able to start it. If not then there are prolly other problems.

 

i know te it is timed right and they are wet with gas when it blow the headgaskit therer was water and it sat 4 like a week 2 of the cyclined had water in them can that rust the rings?

 

it will rust the cyl walls and form pits,but that will not give you 0compression only thing that will give you 0 compression is valves need adjusting or timing is off,or bentvalves/
