Any mounts/brackets conected to the tranny. All bolts connecting everything you take off. Dowel pins for the tranny, sometimes they get stuck on the block. Flywheel/clutch also bolts for these(they are expensive from honda). ALL Pedals and bolts. Throttle cable, clutch master cyl, line from master to slave, slave cyl. Linkage with spring pin, shifter assembly. Center console, cluster if you dont want to have the PRND321 deal on it. Starter with bolts. While youre at it grab the alternator and dizzy. Just in hell if you can grab anything off it grab the plugs/wires water/oil pump anything that could go bad in the future. I think thats it. OH yea I forgot the ECU thats important. If you dont want a check engine light on because your auto tranny is gone. I believe thats it. ANyone else that wants to chime in.

Ive done a couple of these swaps, they are not too bad. Pedals suck. Take your front seat off and lay upside down to work on those.

yeah that list about sums it up I would think.. the sensor that you are talking about thats connected to the tranny is the VSS or vehicle speed sensor.. its connected so just leave it on. Go by what Nandosol said and just get anything and everything connected to it and you should be fine.
