wheel bearing is bad?
Found the Vtec switch.

Its the wheel bearing if the rotor moves INSIDE and separate from the caliper. I went through this on my car on two different knuckles before I finally broke down and bought a new bearing.

you can hammer them in and out also its pretty easy.the harder part is like your old one cause the inner case gets stuck on the hub shaft you have to use a 12" wrech and a hammer to knock it down.you will also need needle nose prlyers to remove the large lockClip

pictures always help so much im a visual learner ,Thankyou man.Well i wouldent be able to describe the noise as a whomp whomp but as i go around turns i can hear it sounds like shizzzzorscrapppppppppppp,,Naa it sounds like metal on metal rubbing in a rotation manor..And now my passenger is making kinda the same sound but i think its just the disc

So i drove the car today to a friends close by and i hit a railroad track and the wheel gave way .I put a bearing on order at napa they dident have one in stock I about got the hub off im waiting for my friend to get off work so i can borrow a 17mm wrench

Dude, go to Carquest next time, if there's a next time, and get an oem one through Carquest's sister company, Worldpac. If you know someone who works there, you could get oem parts cheaper than the dealerships can sometimes. Ask for Worldpac by name or else they won't look there. And if they don't know how to use Worldpac, pm me.
