Cant legaly. Unless you perform all crash/DOT tests. and make sure everything is US spec. You can make it a track only car and not have to go through the hassle. Its like with the skylines and pusar gtirs you see around. Most of them are not federally legal. Yea there is a loophole that you can have the car shipped here in pieces and assemble it here, then register it as a kit car. But that is illegal, and if you get pulled over the car could be impounded indefinitely.

He either imported it illegally and switched VIN numbers with a usdm integra, or got a front clip and converted his. or he did what I told you above. In order for the crash tests to work you have to crash a certain number of cars, to see how to crash dynamics work on that specific vehicle. Then you have to change it to make sure it behaves like the usdm version when crashed. There is other threads about this, use the search engine. Trust me, Ive already looked it up. Im from Peru, and there I can get R33 skyline gtrs for 5000 dollars. If I could get that here legally I could make so much money, but the only company that has done the tests was motorex. They copyrighted all the parts that needed to be changed over. Smart thinking huh. Then got shut down by the feds because they were selling R32,R33s, and R34s when they had only done the tests for one of those.
