Help with specs!!!!

I took off my head off my GSR and now putting it back together can anyone tell me how much i have to torque down the head to the block?

And if someone can tell me if they know what is the belt size for a JRSC with a B20 Crank Damper?

step 1-22 ft/lbs step 2-1995 and earlier 61 ft/lbs or 1996 and later 63 ft/lbs.
Dont have answer for the other question

make sure you tighten the headbolts in the correct pattern as well! thats important!!!!

I believe its

1 5 9 7 3
2 6 10 8 4

Correct me if im wrong but i think thats it!
