Default fuel pump not turning on???

hey guys i have a 93 si hatch, it has a walbro 255, its new. and all of a sudden my fuel pump wont prime up anymore when i turn on the key. ive checked all the usual suspects, i checked the wire at the fuel pump connector and its not getting power. my main relay is clicking, so its good. im thinking maybe its my ecu, but its a vega ecu so it should be good. all my engine grounds are good and everything else comes on. someone please help

thanks in advance,
Carl

ok even tho the relay clicks, doesnt mean its functioning right so to be sure that your relay is fully working take it out and on the relay harness jump connector 5 and 7, which would be black/yellow stripe and yellow/green stripe. if the fuel pump comes on then your relay is bad.
