Humming Noise

A few days ago I noticed a rythmatic humming noise inside the car while driving around. It seemed to be coming from the engine bay but I wasnt sure. Last night the noise started up again and Ive Isolated it to the fuel Filter area. The fuel line that goes from the top of my fuel filter to the rail seems to be humming on the inside. If you put your hand on it you can feel it vibrate some rythmatically. You can hear the noise inside the car more. Anyone know what it might be? Clogged Fuel filter?

Damn... thats some wierd ass shit... When was the last time you carressed the car with some Zymol? That usually makes her feel better and then she will stop bitchin like that...

well I took out the fuel pump (an 1hr later) and didnt find anything wrong or clogged so I put it back in. I think Im going to try and replace the Fuel Filter on monday and see if that cures the problem. Anyone know how much a Fuel Filter is for a 99 GSR of the top of their heads? Thanks.
