99 civic alarm Help.... car wont start.

99 civic alarm Help.... car wont start.
My 99 ex alarm didnt work this morning and i replace the battery still nothing. Its factory alarm .The car will turn over but not start. The power door locks wont work, windows, radio and car will not shift into gear (automatic). I need Help asap. any info would be appreciated.

Weird... id call honda and see if they can help ya cause i have no idea

after i spent some time under the dash i went to the fuse box under the hood. All the fuses where good but when i moved the fusebox around it would work. damn screw on ign fuse was loose..
