how do i take off the plastic around the cluster

how do i take off the plastic around the cluster

Ok, time for a stupid question. But i know there are the two screws on the top of the plastic piece but how do you take it off?

ok, i tried that but it didnt wanna come out so i decided to stop and ask on here before i messed it up

Pop out the hazard button with a small flathead and you'll see the other screw!
