Well no. Ground Control sleeves come with Eibach springs. You wouldn't use your old ones. But a very common choice for a shock when using these is the Koni Yellow. Here's a picture to get an idea.

And here's a picture of them on the Koni shocks.

Kumar(my bro) with the sedan, is riding on s-techs and koni yellows on the lowest perch, and it rides pretty smooth imo.

skunk2 springs are like 2.25 all the way around, and thats about no wheel gap

and as far as the gc/koni, that setup costs like ~900, so i would rather get like some real coilovers like functionform etc

To the OP, the last photoshopped picture.. there is no way you'll be able to sit like that with your S-Techs. You will definately have to look into coilovers. I was able to lower my car the way it sits since the Koni Yellows have adjustable perch levels.. One higher setting, and one lower setting.

Hope this helps.

call up Ground Control, tell them your car set up and they'll give you the set up you need inlcuding the spring rates.

I love my Ground Control and Koni setup. The Koni Yellows are worth the money.

Ground Control does manufacture their items to work with other shock set ups as well.

I have to give them props for their machining. Everything fits. The most we had to do on my CRX Konis was take off the paint on the c clip to make the coil over fit properly. Can't complain about that.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
