I can feel every bump.
Right now my car is lowered and on neuspeed suspension setup with low profile tires. Its a 98 civic ex. Every little bump I hit on the road feels like an earthquake. What can I do to have a smoother ride?
i have neuspeeds and love them! try running a slightly taller tire. that should calm things down. if not ur shocks may be blown and thats causing the harsh ride. i can assure u its not the springs tho.

Welcome to low riddin' on low profiles.
You have to decide if it is better to look good or feel good.
Low profiles are just this side of solid rubber lawnmower tires in the comfort department.
If your springs are adjustable, loosen them up and stop when it feels good and hope your car isn't sitting too high for your tastes when you get there.
The other option is spending bigger for adjustable dapening.

like they said above its prob your shocks... when i had my oem shocks on every lil bump, it would hit hard. as soon as i switched to my tokico iluminas that all changed..

Dont stiffer springs usually make the car handle better but ride rougher? I want to lower my car just a little bit and make it handle better. Its already low compared to most cars on the road I feel like i'm sitting in a corvette
It wont feel alot rougher if you dampen them properly. Matching your shocks to a set of springs makes them feel like a more stable solid version of an oem ride.
I have illuminas and except for auto-crosses I was afraid to turn mine up for fear of a rough ride. I was way off base, my ride was rougher with them soft because it let the car bounce unnecesarily and the motion of the car was greater. Turns out my springs were too stiff, so I turned them up. Now impacts feel solid but the car levels right out and the overall ride is softer.

get a little bigger tire and some Good coilovers and call it a day
nope! especially if they are neuspeeds. mine are the race version which is a progressive srping, which means the bigger load u put on them the stiffer they get. so normal dd they are amazing! plenty of ppl can vouch for the way my car rides, AND its on stock shocks! +1 for good dampening tho thats my next job. but honestly in your case i think a slightly taller tire and some better shocks will do u well.
