Default T-bracket not fitting b18

Hi, I have a B20 that I'm putting in my hatch and the rear t-bracket is not matching up? I put one bolt in and the other bolt wholes are just off by milimeters! I think the bracjets may be from an automatic, but would that make a difference? All B series crackets are suppose to be the same. I'm not sure why the T-bracket won't fit my B20. It's not SOHC! It's a DOHC B T-bracket and a B motor? ANy help, maybe auto is different? It's a gsr trans with B20 block, help me out.

are you tightening up one bolt completely then trying to put the other one in or are they both loose when you try to mount the bracket? you may have to elongate the holes but I am no expert on putting a b20 in a honda by any means. try what I first mentioned then if that does not work, wait until someone with experience chimes in

It's an eg hatch!. I'm using a T-bracket off of an automatic 94+ teg. This is the first time I have ran into this problem but never my firdt swap. I just don't understand. The wholes just don't line up by a little. Also i'm not tightening then tring to match up and even if I do that it will still line up. Anyways any help on the info. if an auto. bracket is different from a 5spd one?

^right. I thought they were different like the auto half shafts, but I thought I had done it before with an auto one, but I guess I was wrong, lol.
