The new NCHATCH S372-EG build up
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, as many of you know I decided to get rid of my green hatcha nd just plain start over, why? I ask myself that alot as we sort small issues out everyday now, haha
Here are some collective pics as we took the car from just a bare shell to a running car.
I picked up the shell for $100.00, it had no motor, no trans, no mounts, no dash, no carpet, no seats, no door panels, literally a bare shell. It did have back seats, and a straight body with no reported accidents.
earliest pictures I have of it, i swapped on my street wheels and started my cage:

Started the engine bay bodywork, welding and shaving all we could:

primed up

Front subframe pulled for new suspension, ball joints, bushings etc

New manifold vs Old manifold(thanks 60-1ek)

My new turbo arrived(thanks alpha)

Engine bay painted

Mockup Motor in for test fitment:

Cage pretty much done minus parachute:

Dash was a pain to get back in

Motor in and running:

For those of you that dont remember here is the ole' green machine:

All work was done at our shop in house, from paint to welding, motor, trans, tuning, all done in under 3 months. We ran into some serious boosting problems in the beggining which lead to a leaking headgasket but has since been rendered. Car is sitting currently tuned on the wastegate springs at 19.4psi and I am very happy with what it made at that level. My S300 boost by gear wasnt working, so I am waiting for some new components to be shipped out to be put into a new ecu. I dont see an issue with making mid 800s on this setup.
Thanks for all the help to the following people
-My wife
-Jason from JKOBD.com(blown90hatch)
-Alpha
-Thomas Hayden
-Will Taylor
-Tony at T1
-Dan at bullseye
-Full-Race(my hood still wont close )
-The guys at Tempest Racing
-The guys at lightning Motorsports
sorry if im leaving anyone out, my bad!
