It's your injectors, they could be clogged(also check fuel filter) or malfunctioning.
Code 43 is what comes up for fuel pump usually

Ehh sorry for the crappy answer. I was a zombie last night.
Code 16 for injectors is an electrical issue with the injectors. It could be a wiring issue, or maybe even your main fuel relay. I would check all of the above steps anyway. Check your fuses, make sure all grounds are good. If you got another buddy with a civic or a integra you can swap out the relay and see if that is your issue.

The main fuel relay is located under the dash on the driver side to the left of your pedals on the left wall. It says Main Relay on it. Its a little box usually gray or tan. If its an intermittent problem then it definitely sounds like a bad relay.

just check your relay its a common problem with DA Tegs its a quick easy fix or here what you can do to check the see if the relay is bad
Smack under your dash with your hand while you turn the car over if it starts your relay is bad go to junk yard and grab one if you can find it
