Tranny gods PLEASE HELP ASAP!!

Exclamation Tranny gods PLEASE HELP ASAP!!

Ok short and simple. building a setup for a customer/friend. he had a B16 hydro tranny that was running a Kaaz LSD. we wanted a longer tranny for boost, but couldnt find one, So we installed LS gears onto the B16 final(so we though). we used the LS shift forks and all the good stuff during the install. at 1st the tranny worked ok other then the final drive taking a crap(whining) because I goofed on a small thing(ran a LS final on a B16 diff). everything else was left untouched so I installed a new B16 final and put the LS gears onto it. made sure everything was setup inside the tranny right. Put it together and went for a drive. reverse worked fine, 2nd worked fine, 1st was a little notchy at 1st but it drove ok, with no sounds. all of a sudden the car locked up!!! came to a dead stop........

The motor is fine. If I enguage the clutch the car starts but even in nuetral if I let the clutch out the car wants to bog out. It wont move at all now in any gear!!!! but when the shifter is not in gear the car rolls fine!! There is NO grinding when selecting gears but the car will not move. Its like someone is holding up the e-brake. So

Clutch works as no grinding is present during gear selection
Tranny/wheels spin freely when the motor is not running while not in any gear
Tranny goes into every gear
Tranny locks up when the clutch is let out no matter what gear im in, even in neutral..

I need this fixed asap, I have worked on trannys before, but have already torn this damn thing down 4 times already!! please help me!!!

PM me or CALL me ANYTIME if you have ANY insight!!! Im sooo stuck here

Ok, so I ripped the tranny out and apart and found yet ANOTHER mainshaft lower bearing to be destroyed!! this is the 2nd one!! the odd part is that this tranny worked fine before we touched it and it also didnt have ANY shims in it??? is that normal?? also should I be using the old 1st gear as I have read when doing a JDM ITR lsd install you have to use the JDM ITR 1st gear and counterparts for some reason?? LMK what info yuo have people... PLZ!!!!!!!
