+1.... Have you heard the toda vtec killer cams? If you havent go to youtube and listen to them and I think it might change your mind for having that setup for a DD.

it does remove Vtec that is why you have to use the special rockers for the cams

the kit is made just for the strip.you idle will be at near 1500 i have done 2 motors with the toda kit it is pure sex power up to near 10K plus the rockers look so cool in the head but if your not raceing for money its not worth it.like sleep said Vtec is made to pick up the slack when your motor needs it"mainly highway driving" i always did wonder why they never used a vtec motor in the Crv's.

they don't need a zetec killer its already a beast jk

The vtec killer kit also emanates the drop in oil pressure when vtec crossover happens

for cost reasons couldnt you just chip vtec to pop at lower rpm??

^ thats not always the best idea. vtec crossover needs to be set on a dyno for it to be perfect. too low and u lose power, and too high u will lose power too.
