70mm will be too big. go with the type R 64mm. thats just about the right sized. about the intake go with the SKUNK2 intake. its a damn good piece of work.

Good luck

Skunk2 manifold all the way... I know where you can get one for around $300 pm me if you need it.

As far as the throttlebody... if you wanna spend $600 then buy one(Type-R)... if you wanna spend $150 then get one bored out. Mine is bored out to 64mm with a skunk2 intake manifold and it runs great...

Notice: I have a B18 and 64mm is plenty. 70 is WAY overkill especially for a B16.

What good is a full 70mm with a skunk manifold when the opening is 64 I believe? Granted you can hog it out some but I am not 100% sure you can get a full 70 out of it.
