70mm will be too big. go with the type R 64mm. thats just about the right sized. about the intake go with the SKUNK2 intake. its a damn good piece of work.
Good luck
Good luck

Skunk2 manifold all the way... I know where you can get one for around $300 pm me if you need it.
As far as the throttlebody... if you wanna spend $600 then buy one(Type-R)... if you wanna spend $150 then get one bored out. Mine is bored out to 64mm with a skunk2 intake manifold and it runs great...
Notice: I have a B18 and 64mm is plenty. 70 is WAY overkill especially for a B16.

go with whatever is cheaper which would probably be the itr unless you can find a damn good deal on a skunk2 reason being both are great manifolds however the skunk2 and the itr are pretty much exactly the same with one exception. When skunk2 made their manifold for the b18c they pretty much took the itr manifold cut the flange off of it and put on a flange that would bolt to the b18c head. Since you have a b16 motor the itr manifold will bolt right up so save your money and get the itr manifold.

Id personally go with a skunk2 and an overbored stock throttle body this is what im running.the spoon TB is a bad bitch but have you checked the $$$$ on them? thats a little too much for my wallet. Just my $0.02

let me ask some of yall a question he has a b16a the itr manifold is a direct bolt on. The skunk 2 is an exact cncd copy of the itr manifold except with a different flange. The skunk2 was made so you could bolt on a good intake manifold onto the b18c and to make things easy skunk just copied the itr manifold so if you are going to get a manifold to go on a b16a why would you spend almost twice as much on the skunk2 than the itr?
