cops didnt actuallly see a race, i never even broke the speed limit when i was pulled over. they just heard alot of noise and him run so i get a charge.

drag racing, 1st degree mis. but... charge = VOP that is if the charge sticks i just got back from my lawyer and the wrote the ticket wrong hahahahaha. so if we can get to the judge before they fix it than there will be no charges at all.

heres the ticket, acording to this i did absolutly nothing. i was gonna block all my info but i figured who cares who i am and where i live

thats kinda small. it says i was "drag riding" and the statue was 316.791(1a) when it should say (2a). there is no (1a)

no its not, some appeals judge deemd it overly vauge and said that anyone could be found guilty of this without doing anything wrong.
