d-series shiftlinkage fit any civic with d-series motor??

yes, B and D series delsol linkage are specific. They do not interchange with others.

Del Sol linkages dont fit civics and vice versa.

Also if you have a del sol with a bseries you cant use the d linkage.
Same if you have a d-series you cant use a b linkage
