Default HMT HF manifold external wastegate??

Okay i have a hf manifold for my turbo set up, and i need to run my external wastegate on it. I plan on using the stock o2 sensor hole on the mani to mount the wastegate, but the hole on the the mani is a wee bit smaller than the flange on the wastegate (38mm btw), my question is, can i use the stock o2 sensor hole and just bolt the wastegate on there even though the hole on the mani is smaller than the wastegate flange? Maybe honda bond that shit on there and hope theres no leaks, or dremel the shit out of the o2 sensor hole and make it the same size as the external wastegate. Please lmk, i know alot of old school HMT members have done this before....

What would you bolt it to? That manifold is intended to be used with a internal wastegate.

put it on a drill press and dril it out the right way, then weld your flange ontop of it.

Yikes! i would just spend the extra money on a cast manifold for your car that is made for an external wastegate
