vtec prob.

Default vtec prob.

vtec works fine 1 an 2 second 3 gears cuts on an off an blogs in 4 gear sometimes

i was having the same prob with mines, i was told to check the fuel pump if that is messed up or dirt y it can cause that or a big thing is oil pressure, or oil pump starting to go bad.... but it could be a billion things

fuel pump has nothing with vtec not engaging. make sure the solenoid wire is not loose. make sure the spool inside is clean. make sure you have proper oil level. make sure you have good clean oil. make sure the connection to the solenoid is not dirty. check those things to resolves said issues.

what he said was "vtec works fine 1 an 2 second 3 gears cuts on an off an blogs in 4 gear sometimes" and iwas told when it cuts off like that it could be the fuel pump i was told that by john Vega...........

A bad fuel pump won't cause VTEC to not engage, but it can cause a sdevere power loss in VTEC when the pump is unable to keep up with the higher fuel demand. It happened to my car, it got bad enough to where it would hit 5500 and just stop revving.

are you throwin any cel? if your fuel pump is bad you take a chance on leaning out. thats bad. dont go into vtec anymore till its fixed.

i just put a w albro 255 i change injector rail fpr fuel filter oil change plugs no cel o2 sensor without chip in but with chip it acts up more

is ur wiring to ur ecu loose .. i had that problem ... and fixed it by cleaning up the wiring to the ecu
