Tailight problem HELP!!!!!

I have a 2002 civic ex and my tailights dont work but the turn signal and reverse and brake lights work plz help

more info, have you checked the bulbs/ fuses when you turn on your headlights do the tail lights come on at all?

no they Dont ive checked the bulbs bough new ones the brake lights work and the reg lights dont which is the same bulb for both

my car is guttted out do u kno where the fuse would be either under the dash on in engine bay
