If your impact gun didn't work you need a better impact gun.

Not sure if you tried this, put a pry bar between the teeth of the flywheel, ( might need someone to hold it in place. or have it rest against the cement) then get the breaker bar and just start kicking at that bitch, and give er hell. Thats what I have always had to do. Its always worked.

+1 on the impact gun. An Ingersol Rand Titanium Max would eat that shit like cake. But if not available around you another way is to put it up i jack stands, 4th gear and have some one hold the brake then pry the fuck out of it. Need some one strong for this step.

Is the motor in or out of the car? If it's out I'd do what he's saying. That's what I had to do when my impact guns weren't working.

I ran into this problem over the weekend....we had MoeMoe stand on a breaker bar assisted 17mm socket, while Yblegal and I cranked like Hell on the flyweheel bolts and flywheel teeth until the crank nut finally busted loose.

If its out of the car it wont work well. The motor would move around too much.

One crank pulley holder, two breaker bars, and a 17mm or WHATEVERmm socket will allow you to get that beast off yourself.
