Default Canards and Splitters

Does anyone out there have canards or splitters on their car? If so please post pics.

No canards, but this is a functional splitter, which means unless you have a race car you should probably save the $500+ it costs for one of these.

No, actually, they're used on aircraft that have the wings mounted in such a way that stability becomes an issue. They balance the craft and also usually act as elevators.

yeah, thats one of my favorite civics on the road circuit right now

and those P1 splitters or whatever are nasty, VERY nice pieces

but yeah, i'd not worry about splitters and canards and diffusers unless you're running a pure race car

go to google type in your search and click images, there is about 1000 diffrent ones.. can be done well but can also be done poorly. and +1 on the don't do it unless your ready for the consequences, I even shy away from canards for autocross cars, 1 because the speeds are not high enough for a ton of downforce, and 2 because they can be broken off with a good cone whack. and a functional splitter would be murder on the road. Now if your doing these modifications to "look" like a racecar without actually racing... (see my skin begining to crawl) STOP Do me a favor send me the money and we'll set up a track event. If you can get within 10 seconds a lap off my time and still think you want them I'll throw in real carbon fiber canards for free.

at least the trend for big silly wings on Front wheel drive cars is begining to slow down. Canards and splitters are REALLY functional on a FWD car.

You do realize that wings are functional on all racing vehicles regardless of drive wheels right? A spoiler on a fwd car works just the same as one on an AWD or RWD car.
