Default Tire is rubbing fender..help$$

My left front tire is rubbing the wheel well in 3 different places. My car has been lowered for years but for some reason it must have dropped enough to rub the tire. I don't have adjustable coilovers so I'm unsure of how to fix this problem. I took it to a shop yesterday and they suggested to buy stock springs/coilovers in order to get my heighth up. They also wanted to charge me $900 to do the job. Do you guys have any ideas on how to raise the front of my car? And if you're in the Orlando area I'll pay for your help!

Not leaking any oil anywhere. Thanks for the suggestion. Are these easy to install? Is it the same thing as a spring rubber?

Similar, use a half inch drive ratchet and extension and just twist them in.
