He looks to have alot of tire in his sig. Unless hes on a dirt road he can dip well below 13's. Not sure the weight of his car but from a roll it should ride out.

i was definately being a sarcastic drunk. although i did go 12.2 on 205/50/15 falcon azenies with a 2.1 60' at 120mph on my pump gas tune, with stock suspension

. I havent run the m&h's just yet, but will next thursday as i will also have my skunk2 drag launch kit as well. im actually pretty excited about that.
