Default Ugh, hole in one of my AC hoses.

My AC turned warm today and I heard a hissing noise. I pull over and open the hood and I see freon leaking from a hose right near my radiator. What all do I have to do to get my ac working right again? Just replace the hose and go? Or what?

im at work right now, but i will as soon as I get home. I don't have my
inside door panels on either so my windows couldn't go down, it was like a
sauna in there.

when you replace the hose you may want to buy a 12can of flash from autozone b4 you recharge it that way you put in all clean and cleaning out the old that will make your ac cool faster

I actually thought about JB weld, but my friend thinks he has one so I might luck out.

just find out which hose it is or remove it and take it down to auto zone or discount and match it up. they don't keep a whole lot of hoses in stock so they might have to order it but will be there there the next day. and to properly recharge the ac system its recommended you put a vacuum on the system and pull all the old shit out of the system. again, recommended, i have seen them not vacuum it out and it still blow cold but to get the most out of your ac you should vacuum it out. if im not mistaken, they rent vacuum pumps for free at auto zone.

and thats it! lol also might want to look into a little bit of oil too for the system if you vacuum it out.
