I know a lot of guys talk shit about having it done at circuit city but they do have some good alarms their and some good installers. When you go there to have it done wait around while they do it and specifically ask for the hood pin to be hooked up. If you wait around while they do it they have no ability to cut corners. Also, make sure you go over in detail what you want the alarm to do and what sensors can and will be hooked up. All alarms come with hoodpin switches and there is no extra charge for them to be hooked up since its part of the alarm system.

You have to get it from them but they carry Directed Electronics (DEI) alarms system...same people who make clifford and viper alarms except circuit city carries the python line (basically different name but same alarm). Get a 991 alarm or any of the ones with 2 way capability so your key chain remote alerts you when the system is set off.

Check their website or just go in to the store...if I had to give a rough estimate I would say like 400 for a good one. Make sure they only charge you for the alarm and keyless and no remote start. The high end alarms a capable of it but you probably have a manual car and circuit city is not allowed to install remote start on manual cars.
