What oil should i be running in my b18b1 integra ls turbo ??? thanks!

I run 5w-30 Mobil 1 synthetic oil.. with mobil 1 filter. On my LS-t.

i have been running this stuff:
Slowboy Racing, Inc. :: DSM :: Engine :: Motor Oil :: Brad Penn :: Brad Penn 10W-30 & The Green Oil & Racing Oil

for the last few months. it holds up great.
