Default Ls vtec + nitrous

So i know this is probley a dumb question but im starting my build and was wondering if its necessary to have forged internals if im going to spray it (100-150 shot) Ive heard about some gsr's running those kind of shots on them stock. Should i just throw the forges in there for good measure or what?

Thanks.

OR u can be smart about it and have a dual mapped tune so that u dont have to run retarded timing all the time. OR u can just retard the timing when u go to spray it, but either way u need to have it tuned. that will GUARANTEE the longevity of your motor. no tune = time bomb waiting to blow. be smart and tune it. dual maps would be the best way to go but there are ways around it. hell u can have 2 different chips burnt so that when u do spray all u needa do is change those out.
