im not to sure you did the dizy right. if it still throws that #9 i would switch the two blue wires arround and what injectors are you using. you realy should us obd1 injectors. and if and when you do put obd1 injectors take you resistor box off and cut the plug from the box leaving enough wire so you can put it back on if needed, then strip the wires on the plug and twist them all togethor. you should have 4 yellow and one red or it might be the other way around, 4 red and one yellow. but twist them togethor and plug it back in. oh and the injectors wont plug in to the obd0 injector plug you have to take the injector and trim the lill plastic peaces out of the inside of the plug part. they will be in the corners. just take a razor blade or a sharp knife to them. pease Kurt

bro i spent a whole week searching threw honda tech, honda swap and many other tech sites....ive gone threw years worth of info threads ecu, wiring, troubleshooting, etc etc. i can write a book about going obd1 shit frankly anything about an EF or later...
i truly appreciate the info(considering it was the first thing i learned)
ill stick with obd0 injectors same flow rate as any other b series and it saves me time...kurt ur the man but im lazy....plus i know the dizzy is fucked it was coil deep in water..jus really bugin about the ELD code 20 thts were im falln short

Check this out, I did a very similar swap (obd0 to obd1 jumper, obd0 to obd1 dizzy plugs, obd0 injectors, and a chipped ecu from phearable.net) and I have no trouble codes at all!! I think your problem is this, you may be using a stock ecu, which is a bad idea in my opinion especially in a obd0 vehicle. I would go with a phearable.net ecu as they come WITHOUT the knock sensor boards (meaning no knock sensor!!), you use the stock o2 sensor (the one wire one) or none at all, plus you should make some more power as well!! Oh, and by the way, I would use a obd1 dizzy from a 92 or 93 b17a1, I think it is a td44u. That's what I did and the only code I threw was a 7 and we all know what that is!! That's right, throttle position sensor!! But do you want to hear the funny thing, I wouldn't have thrown it if it wasn't broken in half!!
Oh, and for everyone else out there who thinks he should go with obd1 injectors, I think he shouldn't! They do have the same flow characteristics. So why fix something that ain't broken!! Oh, and ahhh, Obama is still a BITCH!!

in order to run a knock sensor you must have a ecu with a knock board. p72,p30 or p29 are a few that will do the trick. as for ELD. im pretty sure some OBD0 cars dont run the same type of ELD as OBD1 cars do, Or any for that matter. ELD on your setup isnt going to help anyway. have your ECU chipped, disable the ELD and get a basemap or a tune.. No need to buy another ECU if you have one already.. Just chip the one you have.. G/L
