bro it is cake you could do it yourself. you will need ...
12mm socket
o2 socket
ratchet
and extension
use the o2 socket to remove the o2's there is one in the front and if you have a secondary o2 it will be behind the motor on the exhaust. then you will unbolt the 2 bolts at the flange going to the exhaust then you remove the 12mm nuts that bolt the header to the head. at this point the header should remove quite easily. then the install is exactly the same but backwards. when installing remember to leave the nuts loose that go to the head so that you have a lil play at the flange area then go back and toqrue everything down to spec
