Throttle Cable Problems

Default Throttle Cable Problems

im having trouble 1. with the diffrences n cables. my d16 one was broken so i was told sinc eim doing a swap get the type r cable well i did but now the cable ends are diffrent were it hooks up to the pedal.

this is my pedal....




and this is the diffrence in cables

nevermind i found out there automatic pedals....dude never switched to manual ones..wow anybody got some manual pedals for sale will pick up tonight

You have to drop the steering wheel and there is like 5 or 6 bolts, but I don't think that is the problem. There is no way he could have kept the Auto pedal assembly. You should be able to use what you have there. Slid it up in there just like the other one was and lock in that black clip. It should be fine.

Slide that black and clear clip in front of the pedal, then lock in the other black clip to the back of the pedal. The black rubber is cushion for the round metal end.
