starter turns but kind of slow. comp is perfect in each cylinder except one which is alittle low, but the car should still start. the dizzy is new and it is getting fuel. the motor hydrolocked and i rebuilt it with stock pistons and rods....and it does not throw any codes. someone wana comeover and take a look at it?
