port and polish gains?

any of you who have had a port and polish done where did you get it done how much did it cost and what kind of gains did you get (was it worth it?). thanks. kris.

Well Im not an expert but I think the Idea behind port and polish or any thing that improves/increases airflow into the engine is that you have to be able to take out what you put in. If not then certain components become bottlenecks like your headers and your exhaust.
