I want to see what color I should do the bars in. I was thinking the because all the big companies that sell parts have just one color and that way you know who they are.

I figured you guys are the ones buying this stuff, let hear from you!!!

I like black/silver/whatever (gunmetal or two tone). I haven't seen much on the bars yet or this has been said already but what testing has been done on these?

 

There is really no testing I have done. I drive with it in my car and drive it hard. But it's pretty my common sense when you think about it. I am just a guy doing this out of my garage for now and hope it turns into something.
Tie the points together where there can be flex in the body. It not much different then the other bars that are out there that coast 6x's to much. There is one little change I am making to the bar and that is moving the sides to more of a 45’ angle and have then mount to the strut ends and not the bars. The Acura Integra Type R comes with a trunk bar, I am just tieing them together.

I would have to say orange, black is used ALOT, and purple.... well, mabye if it was anodized then it would be cool, but I have to swing more towards orange, as its a color you dont see much and will diff stand out as a brand type color. thats me tho.

 

I was thinking the same thing about the Orange, it's not out there that much.

unfortunately it cannot be anodized bc its not pure aluminum. all of the imperfections in the metal being used will cause the anodizing to come out spotty and somewhat multi colored. only pure aluminum comes out good when anodized bc of its molecular make up and what not since anodizing is somewhat of an electric/static process.

however i do remember a certain someone mentioning highlighter orange in the other post about these bars . lol g/l chris ill let you know when im driving again n u can take your measurements on my car.
