JDM GSR Swap HELPP!!!!!!
Ok so i had this great idea! i got offered 3500 for my integra, iw as thinking about going out and buying a jdm gsr off tiger japanease.com iut supposidly comes with ecu and wiring harness and then finding a shell i have some good friends who will help me put it in but i need alot of input before i make a decision like this cuz its my dd and i need it to comute to school and work, i dont want to sell it and then to have a nice ass motor just sitting in a friends garage
so lmk of problems you guys have came across over the years doing swaps my top choice of shell would be a da maybe 4 door or two doesnt matter or an ef hatch or eg or ek but yeah i wanna know what i need such as shift linkage motor mounts just give me a run threw of a motor swap its greatly appreciated!
Lmk if it would be good to do something like this cuz i know buidling my ls would be alot more costly

+1 Hmotorsonline is a great place to order from.
as far as your questions go, it all depends on what chassis you use, for what parts you need.
say if you got an EF, you would have to most likely convert the wiring from dual point to multi point. you would also need swap mounts, shift linkage for an EF with a B-series, you would either need to have a cable tranny, or buy the hydro conversion which is $$$. (everything is not listed, but gives you an idea what to expect)
if you go with a DA shell, then the cable tranny, stock mounts, stock shift linkage, only wiring needed is for vtec. unless you have a 90-91 you want to convert to OBD-1, as they come NON OBD. the 92-93 DA's however are already OBD-1
EG's and EK's are almost a direct bolt in... but i personally have never done one so i couldnt give you any insight as what you need to do....
