Yes, it should bolt right up with the right brackets and bushings.

That being said, if you search the internet you will find numerous instances of itr rear sway bars tearing the subframe (where they bolt to) because the subframes are not reenforced enough like they are on the type r.

The two most common fixes to this problem is the ASR rear subframe reenforcement or the less expensive beaks reenforcement kit.

I use the beaks and haven't had any issue with it. Don't be scared off of the mod because it is one of the best things you can do suspensionwise- just do it smart the first time.

do you have to get the beaks reinforcement kit along with the brackets and bushings from acura or does the beaks provide you with everything except bolts.

hey could you use the bolts off the LS for the brackets and bolting of the sway bar to the lca or do you have to use bigger bolts.....also whats the torque specs on them if you know

Since '99, I've used ALL OEM brackets on my EG. Since the old Hybrid forum before T-R.com and Honda-Tech.com.

No beaks kit or whatever.

LSFreak, I have lots of experiance with this Modification.
I can answer all the questions you may have, and if you want this mod but don't feel comfortable installing it, PM me and I can help you.

There is someone here on TR with an ITR swaybar for sale, And I have an extra Beaks kit BNIB in my garage for your application.

Just throwing the offer out there.
