aight so this guy i kno is selling an h22 with an f22 tranny mounted to it i was wondering how strong this tranny is i am wanting to only do a small all motor build like 250whp or so do you think this tranny can hold that much please help me out on this

It will hold it..But those transmissions are geared long and will slow the car down.Its better to just get the Jdm h22 transmission its geared shorter and has a lsd.

h2b pwns. seriously my friend has and h22 with a gsr hydro tranny in a eg hatch and it gets down

 

i was just wondering how much can i get a jdm tranny for for my 00 prelude.

 

with lsd can run you anywhere from 800-1300 or you can go brand new from honda 1700

 

not just that but it sits the motor in their the right way so the axles stay straight. then the short geared b series trannies work awesome with the h22. also, no cutting up your floor to mount the shifter for the f or h tranny. just an awesome kit all around i think. little pricey but well worth it.

 

one call to mfactory and your gearing problems are about solved, unless you want custom ratios, i have the F tranny in my prelude right now, it sucks but is worth it if you find a serious deal on it
