Exclamation Header Question

Damn, I know I'm posting a lot of questions here on TR but I would like to get a good idea of what header to stay away from. Basically, what shouldn't I buy? And in turn, what headers do you all recommend? I'm running a b16a in a 91 Integra RS. I know what y'all are going to be like, "you should get a b18c!", or "you're wasting your money!", etc., but I don't want to hear all of that, I just want your recommendations, header wise for this motor and vehicle. My buddy of mine has a Edelbrock 4-1 GSR header for a 94+ he wants to get rid of. Will this beast fit the b16 in my car or what? If not, what would y'all recommend? I was personally thinking of the Hedman Tork-Step, what do you all think? Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance!!

anything is better than stock. try to find one with a 2.5" collector if you can. the jdm type r header, hytech replica, etc...are all good headers. ive seen the edelbrock it doesnt look bad either.

Do NOT buy an ebay header. Ever.

If you want the BEST, then you want real Hytech headers. Be prepared to spend over $1000 though.

If you want good headers, DC Sports, Megan, Greddy, OEM Type R, Type R replicas, and Hytech replicas are good.

Yeah, I'm planning on keeping my A/C setup as it is brand new. I heard with the Hytechs, you are unable to keep the compressor.

What about a Megan header from eBay?! LOL!! Yeah, I'm leaning towards the Hedman tork-step header for the 90-91 Integras, as it will allow me to use my A/C, it will extend right up to my stock mid-pipe and catalytic converter, it will bolt to the B16A and any other B-series motor, plus the oxygen sensor location is right where it should be. I'm looking for street use (mid-range power) so, is the tork-step the way to go, or no?

i have a hytech rep. header n can keep ac/ps but its on an eg chassis. ive heard good things abot megan headers. but ur gonna get the most power out of a header with a 2.5" collector. generally all headers bolt up to the cat and keep the factory 02 housing. however if u get one with a 2.5" collector be prepared to buy a jdm type r cat or some sort of test pipe to bolt up to it. yout stock cat wont work.

Good things as in nice power gains for the money? Or good things such as it last for a long time?

I have never heard of an NA header that wasn't AC compatible. Alot of turbo set ups aren't ac compatible, but NA?
