i had gateway honda slap one on a few years ago for a D series. I doubt it will be much more but it cost $800. IMO you doing it your self or seeking an alternative (read:Credited member) would be a better option.

Also see sig for more info from ricardo.

Honda head gaskets do not leak oil before mixing coolant. Your problem is elsewhere. Probably your valve cover gasket, vtec soleniod gasket, distributor o-ring or cam plug. All of which are alot easier to change than a head gasket. The only time a b series head gasket will leak oil is if it was incorrectly installed or the block/head was incorrectly machined.

my head gasket is leaking rt under the header and there is no coolant in the oil at all. My coolant level hasnt changed, but I know y my head gasket is leaking, cause I have torqued the stock headbolts like 5 times now. For the most part a headgasket really shouldnt leak. To the OP, if u need help evaluating ur problem PM me and ill come take a look at it

then you need your block decked and the head resurfaced..i have reused stock heads bolts many many times, but i always have the machine work done to the block/head..

o yeah...i im looking at this gsr and the seller said that smoke comes out the back and the head gasket leaks oil... the smoke comes out the back due to the pistons i suppose and the oil idk ... im just trying to understand if its a big issue.. and it its pricey to fix.... can it warp the engine to a piece of shit if not attended to??

I had the head resurfaced and it didnt leak for a cpl months, but now it is leaking. You r really only supposed to torque the head bolts once, so they say. I never had issues with it leaking the first four times I torqued them, but this last time, it looks like they are starting 2 strech a lil 2 much
