its hard to tell but i think that is for your ac unit they get blocked up once and a while if you get under the car you will see a tube under there that lets the water drain out of the unit it is prob. backed up take a air hose and blow it up in there. and then you should notice water coming out after you unblock it.

you drive a 94 teg? according to your avatar info.

Good luck, all 92-95 civics and DC integras have that issue along with some other older hondas.

There was a TSB back in 96-00 honds skimped on the firewall seams with seam sealer, the stuff gets old and cracks and water leaks in through the seams. Right over the blower motor. Thats what you have a picture off, the blower motor. Honda no longer fixes this. So you have 2 options, deal with it, or do it yourself. Ill try to find the TSB

The cowl will catch water from rain as well as fresh air.

trace it down. coming threw your fresh air at the cowl most likely. on a dry day spray it down w/ a hose and look where its getting threw. pull the plastic trim off next to the windsheild and hood when you do it
