I am in between motors at the moment. I am without a car and my funds only allow me to purchase a non-vtec dohc motor. Now where your opinion comes in.
I am steadily trying to choose between the b20z and the b18b. I know all of the hp/tq and most of the specs of both the motors but I am somewhat of a noob.
All I am asking is which motor would you preferr to build off of. I am only looking for a simple n/a build, somewhere around 220whp. Nothing great just something fun to drive. If you were wondering it will be going into a 2000 Integra. (yeah i know i need something more powerful, but like i said, just looking for something a little more exciting to drive.)
CLIFF NOTES:
Best bang for the buck, b20z or b18b?
Best platform to get 220whp n/a from above motors?

To get a REAL 220whp to the wheels a b20 vtec platform will be needed.

... i think he said N/a... meaning all motor.. y not put a k20 on 30psi's?...

To be completely honest, something like that was the original plan but i hydrolocked my motor, dumbass with a cai in florida, and need my car up and running. Dont have enough saved up for a k-series so want to drop something in that will be cheapER to build and still give me some joy in driving. The k-series will be dropped in my teg in the future
