my car wont start

I have a 94 4-door integra and when i go to turn it on it wont start. when i put the key in the ignition, all the little lights come on and then when i press on the clutch and turn the key it acts like it doesnt want to start. Can anyone help me?? Thanks

If it doesn't turn over it's most likely your clutch switch

try jumping the starter and then u will know if its the starter or clutch safety switch
