Default clutch troubleshooting (won't disengage)

ok so car is a 95 integra LS hydro tranny
clutch was going out bad so i just replaced the clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing.

and now I can't get the clutch to disengage...
car off I can't disengage it and if i start the car it starts moving.
Bled the hell out of the slave and there's nothing but clean fluid coming out with no more air bubbles.

clutch master and slave cylnder were fine before the swap so i don't think it's that.

any clues or ideas?

when i reinstalled everything should i have put the new flywheel bearing in even though there wasn't one present before?

i bet it has to do with the pilot bearing it must not be right. did you have a hard time getting the tranny set back on to the motor? it sounds like the input shaft of the tranny is lodged in the crank/flywheel of the motor making them like one piece which would take the clutch out of the loop and make it almost to where it doesnt exist. do you have a good pedal feel at the clutch and can you watch the clutch fork have a good amount of throw down at the tranny. little more info please.
