what do you guys think???
^ it will only get expensive when you waste money on things not needed like ANY angle job or porting work, that is not needed on a street car.the forged rods are better in to many ways, one less chance of spinning bearing,he could use stock but if he already has hbeams his better off.and on a almotor nice tune stock pistons are fine

don't waste the money on a valve job if you're only doing 3 angle dude. That's a waste of money. If you want a "mean" all motor build: 5 angle valve job with swirl and quench areas, full port/polish of head to match the intake mani, and a good 4-2-1 header with at least 2.5" exhaust. Probably gonna need valvesprings/retainers/LMA's and get some light aftermarket valves.
Also....why do eagle rods if you're going to stick with OEM pistons? Seems to me it'd be better to do OEM rods as they're lighter.
I'd do some forged high-comp pistons so the ring lands aren't as high as stock (less prone to cracking should detonation occur), and I'd get the whole rotating assembly shaved and balanced......the lighter it is, the more freely it'll rev, and balancing it will prevent any harmonics issues from occurring.
Sounds like you'll need cam gears to tune the cams well.
This is gonna get pretty expensive pretty quick dude. You consider the cost-power vs. going boost?
