low oil pressure at idle?
my oil light flickers at idle. like its losing pressure. ne ideas of the problem. only happens sometimes at idle 700-1000 rpm. i have checked the oil mutliple times.perfect level

sounds like 1 of 2 things.
1 oil pump is going out
2 bearings in your bottom end are taking a shit and it is blowing by the bearings.

Could also be a bad sending unit, try a new one before replacing the pump. or just ditch the sending unit altogether and install a pressure gauge.

well how do i install a pressure guage? and whats normal pressure

a pressure guage will have its own sending unit that connects to a gauge that has + and - 12v...or you get a manual one which is harder to install. and if the stock sending unit is functioning its comming on a 3 psi...thats right 3! that means dont drive your car til you get this fixed!
